Summary

We are looking for a Oracle HCM & EBS - US Payroll & Benefits candidates to streamline and enhance our HR systems using Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud HCM. In this role, you will partner with HR, IT, and technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement efficient solutions, and ensure that technology supports business goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line HRIS/Payroll support and troubleshoot system issues.
Manage upgrades, patches, and testing for Oracle HCM modules.
Lead HR system projects and functional analysis.
Design and deliver HR reports and data feeds.

Skills & Qualifications:

Hands on experience in Oracle EBS - US Payroll & Benefits module.
Strong HR, Payroll, and Oracle HCM knowledge.
Strong SQL, reporting tools, and project management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
