Sr. Salesforce Architect - Contract or CTP - Atlanta, GA\ Hybrid- $ 90.00 - 110.00/hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Architect in Atlanta, GA\ Hybrid.

Role Description

The Sr IT Architect is a seasoned member of a team delivering new technology capabilities to the Company's owners, customers, and partners within the organization. The Sr IT Architect helps set the vision and parameters that Agile delivery teams operate within. In addition, the Sr IT Architect helps develop and support governance processes that ensure that team deliverables meet the Company's standards for performance, availability, quality, security, and maintainability.
As the Enterprise Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Salesforce solutions that support our business processes. You will work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure that our Salesforce architecture aligns with our strategic goals and delivers maximum value.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Establish and maintain a robust Salesforce architecture framework, encompassing integration strategies and application design patterns.
Ensure best practices for data governance, security, and compliance are implemented across the Salesforce platform.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, recommending strategic improvements to leverage new capabilities.
Architect hybrid and multi-cloud environments, integrating Salesforce with on-premises and other cloud platforms.
Define, document, and evangelize the data integration patterns between Salesforce and the eco-system (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, SaaS, PaaS, and On-Prem)
Create and maintain detailed architectural artifacts (e.g., architecture diagrams, design documents, data models) to visualize, communicate, and document the cloud solutions and architectures using tools like Lucidchart to create and update diagrams that represent cloud architectures, data flows, security models, and integration points.
Document decision-making processes, trade-offs, and rationale behind architecture choices to support future scaling, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Develops a unified architecture that is scalable across the organization and ensures the use of industry and enterprise technology standards and develops roadmap incorporating industry best practices.
Translates industry technology direction to business value and serves as a key advisor to stakeholders, providing new research and innovative approaches.
Accountable for the development of high-level business cases, with the ability to influence senior leadership, business partners, architects and key stakeholders within the architecture team and other functional areas on the adoption of technical solutions and drive the solution to completion..

Skills & Requirements

Key Skills & Experiences
Education -
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Experience -
Typically, a minimum of 10-15+ years of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines, technologies, or processes related to the position.
Technical skills and Knowledge -
Technical mastery and competency in all architecture, with vast knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of technologies supported.
Expert understanding of the designs and technology footprints of multiple products within a product family.
Champion engineering process disciplines (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Kanban, ITIL).
Champion industry process improvement programs (e.g., CMMI, IOS?9000, FDA, Six Sigma).
Required Skills -
Salesforce Architect certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) is required.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Proven experience with integration tools and techniques (e.g., MuleSoft, REST APIs, Events) in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
