Job Details

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Access Management Clerk to support secure credentialing and access provisioning processes for internal customers. This operational role is vital in ensuring accurate and timely issuance of USB security tokens and electronic access to critical internal systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming system access requests with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.

  • Provision USB security tokens and map user credentials to appropriate systems.

  • Follow strict information security protocols while establishing, modifying, or discontinuing access.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions and provisioning actions.

  • Perform due diligence to verify the authorization and eligibility of access requests.

  • Work across multiple electronic access platforms and internal systems.

  • Communicate clearly with internal customers regarding access and provisioning instructions.

  • Adhere to metrics related to customer satisfaction, accuracy, and process compliance.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in access management, credential provisioning, or operations requiring manual processes and PC usage.

  • Strong computer and data entry skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and process orientation.

  • Solid customer service and communication skills, including phone support as needed.

  • Understanding of information and physical security controls.

  • with at least 3 years of U.S. residency.

  • Must pass enhanced background screening.
