Senior Project Manager - Contract - Coral Gables, FL - $75.00- $85.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Coral Gables, FL.

Job Description

Lead and oversee end-to-end project management for PACS and RIS system initiatives, including system upgrades, technology refreshes, technical debt remediation, and application lifecycle management.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across large healthcare environments, ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and IT goals.
Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for imaging informatics initiatives.
Serve as the primary liaison between radiology departments, IT teams, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive enterprise-wide imaging transformation efforts, including the implementation of new imaging technologies and optimization of existing systems.
Provide strategic guidance and hands-on leadership for the deployment and integration of PACS/RIS platforms, including:
Philips IntelliSpace PACS
Sectra PACS
Siemens RIS
Singe Plaza
Change Healthcare
Identify and mitigate project risks, manage change control processes, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Track and report on project performance, deliverables, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
Champion continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and applying lessons learned to future initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

5+ years of current PACS / RIS Systems Project Management to include a proven track record managing system upgrades, technology currency, technical debt, and application upgrades within complex healthcare environments
Must possess deep expertise and hands-on knowledge with numerous PACS / Imaging solutions to include most (if not all) of the following systems:
o Philips IntelliSpace PACS
o Sectra PACS
o Siemens RIS
o Singe Plaza
o Change Healthcare
Proven experience driving enterprise-wide imaging transformation efforts and demonstrable experience advancing imaging informatics and technology required
