This partnership has opened up a unique Architecture position based in San Francisco, offering the chance to contribute to a creative and collaborative studio environment focused on impactful, sustainable, and community-driven projects.

Your new role

As a Mid-Level Architect, you'll take on a central role in project development, working from early concept through final delivery. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and have a direct hand in shaping a variety of projects, including meaningful cultural, commercial, and community-focused work. Key tasks include

  • Leading and supporting design and documentation across all project phases
  • Coordinating closely with clients, consultants, and in-house teams
  • Overseeing schedules, budgets, and key deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and quality standards
  • Collaborating and mentoring junior Designers & Architects


What you'll need to succeed
  • Professional degree in Architecture; licensed or on a clear path to licensure
  • 7+ years of experience in architectural design and project coordination
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization software
  • Strong communicator with design sensibility and leadership capability
  • Passion for thoughtful, sustainable design solutions
