Overview:
Seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Specialist to support enterprise application testing across a large IT portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts for complex systems, with particular expertise in UFT, Python, and API testing.

Duration:
Full-time, 12-month assignment with potential for extension.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years analyzing business, functional, and technical requirements to define comprehensive test scenarios.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in automated testing (functional, system, regression, and performance).
Minimum 5 years creating and maintaining detailed test scripts and documentation using test management tools.
Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks using tools and languages such as Python, UFT, Robot Framework, and VBScript.
Strong experience developing and maintaining UFT automation scripts, reusable function libraries, and object repositories for enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, or similar).
Proficiency in automating API testing using Postman, Robot Framework libraries, or equivalent tools.

Desired Skills

Experience using JIRA, Confluence, ALM, and working in Agile environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure test coverage.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test data management, and integration of automation into DevOps environments is a plus.

Additional Information

Must reside and work within the United States.
Must have reliable internet and phone access during core hours (9 AM 5 PM PST).
Candidates should be comfortable providing project examples demonstrating test automation impact and defect resolution approaches.
