Program Manager – Dental Technology
Location: Onsite [Hybrid Tuesday and Thursday in office], US Time zone Remote OK
Experience: 7–10+ years
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in the dental technology space. This role requires a proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) under tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple teams.
- Drive SDLC processes, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and client success teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of experience managing complex technology programs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Experience in healthcare or dental technology is a plus.
