Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and technical delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Salesforce best practices. This is a fully onsite position at the client location in Carlsbad, San Diego, CA, and the candidate must be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical architecture, solution design, and implementation of Salesforce platforms across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain architecture frameworks, design standards, and documentation.
• Ensure solutions meet Salesforce security, governance, integration, and performance best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee and support system integrations, API integrations, middleware integrations, and data migrations.
• Review and validate Apex, Lightning Components, configuration designs, and overall solution quality.
• Conduct performance optimization, troubleshooting, and solution validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Support the full lifecycle of Salesforce enhancements, from requirements to deployment and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Technical Architect delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Expert-level knowledge of:
• Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes)
• Visualforce
• Lightning Components (Aura & LWC)
• Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations
• Flow and declarative automation tools
• Experience with system integration, middleware, and data migration best practices.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, role hierarchies, and governance.
• Ability to produce clear architecture documentation, technical specs, and design patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with executives, business users, and technical teams.
• Strong leadership ability with experience guiding development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in large-scale or global Salesforce transformations.
• Background in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
