Pay Range: $60 - $68/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to emerging AI solutions for designers
- Evaluate design quality across Design Systems and teams at Meta
- Improve model efficacy through labeling and review
- Validate review and labeling workflows, processes, and tooling
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Product Designer, Annotation, AI Labelling and Figma
- Experience: You have at least 4 years of professional experience in product design. This foundation enables you to operate independently, contribute at a high level, and mentor others when needed.
- 4 years of product design experience
- Figma expertise
- Prototyping, interaction design, and visual design, with a track record of shaping simple, elegant solutions.
- Annotation/previous AI labeling/training experience
