Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Lead to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in React Native, mobile architecture, and technical leadership to guide the team in building robust and scalable mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Mentor, guide, and support development team members; enforce coding standards and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Drive performance optimization, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high reliability and responsiveness of mobile applications.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategy.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and participate actively in sprint ceremonies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall mobile development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile UI/UX principles, and RESTful API integration.
• Experience with native module integration (iOS/Android) and third-party libraries.
• Demonstrated experience leading development teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
