Technical writer - Contract or CTP - Remote- $ 63.95 - $ 63.95 /hr.

Our client is seeking a Technical writer for a remote opportunity.

Role Description

We are seeking a versatile technical professional who combines expertise in system prompt design, technical documentation, and interface development with strong business acumen. This role bridges the gap between backend systems, user-facing components, and business requirements to deliver cohesive technical solutions. You will work closely with engineering teams to design interfaces that efficiently connect systems while creating clear documentation that enables adoption at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize prompts for AI-driven systems to ensure accurate and context-aware outputs.
Collaborate with cloud engineers and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into scalable and reliable architectures.
Analyze user interactions with AI systems to identify areas for prompt improvement and implement iterative changes.
Develop reusable prompt templates and frameworks for scalable AI and automation solutions.
Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for AI systems, APIs, and user interfaces.
Write user guides, FAQs, and technical manuals to support business stakeholders.
Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.
Maintain and update documentation to reflect changes in system architecture, features, and workflows.
Design and prototype user interfaces that enhance the usability and accessibility of AI-driven and cloud-based applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
Align technical solutions with business objectives to maximize value and ROI.
Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the intersection of AI, design, and user experience.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions that address business challenges.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Work in a collaborative, agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with team goals.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
