Job DescriptionABOUT THE ROLE:- The Digital Delivery Director identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for a cross-functional team responsible for designing, planning, building and supporting a portfolio of global websites, applications, and mobile apps. The incumbent implements company-wide practices to ensure alignment of the portfolio, initiatives, and technical roadmap to the multi-year digital strategy. They provide strategy, vision and direction to ensure successful digital experiences for customers around the globe.
- The Digital Delivery Director will lead the transformation of our central pricing platform-delivering price accuracy and price effectiveness across all retail channels for our customers. This role plays a key role in shaping the development and execution of modern, cloud-native technology solutions that enable strategic pricing capabilities, empowering the business to deliver customer-focused pricing that drives competitiveness, profitability, and long-term growth. This position will be responsible for driving the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions. The Digital Delivery Director will lead a team of engineers and collaborate closely with product, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure quality, reliability, and consistency across all retail touchpoints.
ResponsibilitiesWHAT THE ROLE WILL DO:Leadership & Supervision- Inspires Action, Coordinates multiple initiatives.

- Leads activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups and services through subordinate directors / managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of assigned areas.

- Responsible for setting and executing the talent strategy through hiring, onboarding, learning & development, performance, succession planning, engagement, recognition, and inclusion, diversity, and equity practices.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in the Information Technology (IT) field. In lieu of a degree, at least 12 years of experience in IT
- Preferred
- Certifications and/or Advanced degree focused on lean management and operational efficiency.
Knowledge & Experience- 9+ years of experience in IT
- 5+ years management or enterprise department manager experience including application development.
Preferred- Experience with business processes and related application systems that generate product pricing for retail customers including price schedules, discounting/coupons, tax exemptions, and approval workflows.
- Experience in leading digital delivery teams utilizing Agile software delivery practices, to enable desired business capabilities as defined by Pricing Product Manager within a Product Management framework.
- Experience in leading application development using MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless), ensuring scalable, flexible, and high-performance solutions.
