Position: IT Endpoint Management Engineer (Hybrid)

Looking for an IT Endpoint Management Engineer to collaborate both in-office and remotely. This role focuses on designing, engineering, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions for Windows desktop and server environments. Will work closely with the Senior Desktop Integration Engineer to manage OS deployments, software distribution, patching, and endpoint configurations to ensure a seamless and secure user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Desktop Integration Engineer to manage projects and maintain endpoint systems and documentation.
• Design and maintain standardized desktop platforms and gold images for physical and virtual environments.
• Develop and manage task sequences using MDT and SCCM.
• Configure and deploy Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Automate application delivery and implement configuration baselines using DSC.
• Manage patching for Microsoft and third-party applications via SCCM and Ivanti.
• Enforce security policies using BeyondTrust Privilege Management and Group Policy.
• Script and automate tasks using PowerShell.
• Ensure quality assurance for workstation deployments and troubleshoot issues via ServiceNow.
• Stay current with hardware standards and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with SCCM and/or Intune in an enterprise environment.
• 6+ years supporting desktop/server systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and endpoint security best practices.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, Group Policy, and configuration management.
• Familiarity with Ivanti and BeyondTrust is a plus.
• Experience in legal IT environments is a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
