Job Summary:
Seeking a Kafka Architect/Consulting Engineer with deep hands-on experience in Confluent Kafka and distributed event streaming solutions. Must be able to design, build, and optimize Kafka environments, lead technical discussions, and support migration and platform modernization efforts.

Responsibilities:

Architect end-to-end Confluent Kafka solutions across enterprise systems.
Implement and optimize Kafka clusters, connectors, and schema registries.
Work with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform for cloud-based Kafka deployments.
Integrate with tools like Apache Flink, Spark, or Kubernetes for scalable streaming.
Collaborate with teams to ensure secure, well-architected solutions.
Mentor engineers and lead best-practice adoption.
