Job Title: SAP HR / Payroll Consultant / Architect
Location: Remote
Experience: 8+ Years
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR/Payroll Consultant/Architect for a blended functional and technical role. The candidate will provide solution architecture guidance, support SAP HR and Payroll processes, and work closely with business and technical teams to design and lead end-to-end HR/Payroll solutions.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM/HR and Payroll
- Expertise in Payroll configuration (Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types)
- Functional knowledge of PA, OM, TM, and Payroll
- Experience in integrations and payroll posting to FI
- Ability to lead solution design and stakeholder discussions
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
- US Payroll or Global Payroll experience
- Exposure to SuccessFactors / S/4HANA HR
