Job Summary:
The role involves planning and engineering of an organization's systems infrastructure, including hardware and software implementation, performance monitoring, and system optimization. The position requires a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience, with a focus on telecommunications or related IT systems within a network environment.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain systems infrastructure for the organization
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal operation
• Collaborate with field teams and remote staff to support project needs, primarily in the Atlanta market
Qualifications:
Core Skills (Must-Haves):
• Samsung experience (USM or WSM)
• Systems infrastructure design and engineering
• Network performance monitoring and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of hardware and software implementation
• OSHA certification, OSHA 10
• Valid personal vehicle for field work
• Ability to work remotely with access to office facilities
• Experience in telecom or data network projects
Foundational Skills (Expected):
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for system design
• Ability to work independently and under supervision within general guidelines
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves):
• Experience with 5G data networks
• Familiarity with Atlanta or US regional market operations
Soft Skills:
• Effective communication skills
• Self-motivation and reliability in remote work settings
Certifications:
• OSHA 10 certification
Experience Requirements:
• 6+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, network infrastructure, or related areas
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
