Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is focused on managing infrastructure projects, including networking, firewalls, and systems-related initiatives. As a Contract to permanent position, it offers an opportunity for long-term growth and impact within the services industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Coordinate efforts related to networking, firewalls, and system configurations to ensure seamless operations.
Lead router and switch migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and successful deployment.
Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions.
Monitor project progress and resolve challenges to maintain timelines and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices throughout project execution.
Prepare and present detailed reports on project outcomes to stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes.
Requirements
Extensive experience in managing infrastructure-focused projects, including networking and systems.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project management.
PMP certification is required.
Proven expertise in router and switch migration processes.
Familiarity with firewalls and network-related technologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Adept at problem-solving and addressing challenges in dynamic environments.
Ability to create and deliver detailed project documentation and reports.
