Description – Billing & Operations Coordinator (Telecom)
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing & Operations Coordinator to join the NMU Team (Non-Matching Up Streams) within the telecom space. This fully remote role focuses on improving customer experience by ensuring accurate node and billing data, coordinating outages, and supporting system updates.
Job at a glance:

2-month contract (Possibility of temp to perm)
$30/hr + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Fully Remote

Responsibilities:

Coordinate node swaps and updates to enhance customer speed and service.
Update and maintain billing systems to reflect accurate node information.
Collaborate with outage coordination teams to ensure service accuracy.
Resolve mismatches in billing systems and validate data integrity.
Execute tasks within the P2 system, including: Precut task management, Post-cut validation, and AMV check and other system validations.
Monitor and manage email inbox queues for task updates and communications.

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in the telecom industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
