Role Summary: Lead the design and architecture of the new data platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across Snowflake, DBT, Power BI, and SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities:

Define architecture for Snowflake, DBT, Power BI, and SQL Server integration.
Establish data governance and security protocols.
Guide engineering teams on best practices and standards.
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies.
Lead Agile Scrum teams and mentor junior members.

Required Skills:

Overall experience of 12+ years
4-6 years of experience in data architecture or engineering.
Deep expertise in cloud data platforms (especially Snowflake).
Experience architecting solutions with DBT and BI tools.
Strong understanding of data modeling and warehousing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
