Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Consultant/ Functional Lead with a deep understanding of Salesforce CLM, Experience Cloud, and integration platforms like Conga and Docusign or Docusign CLM to support design, implementation, and delivery of Salesforce solutions. The candidate will serve as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, providing functional expertise and ensuring successful project deliver

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into Salesforce functional solutions, especially around CLM and Experience Cloud.
• Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify needs and define the solution scope.
• Design and configure Salesforce components, including CLM modules, Experience Cloud portals, and integrations.
• Provide expertise in Conga, DocuSign, and other third-party tools for seamless document generation, e-signatures, and contract lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Support the development of test cases, UAT, and deployment strategies.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Ensure the solutions meet compliance, security, and performance standards.
• Translate complex legal and business contracting requirements into scalable technical designs that leverage clause libraries, templates, redlining, negotiation, and e-signature capabilities.
• Configure and customize core CLM applications such as DocuSign CLM, Conga CLM- including data models, workflows, approval rules, and version-controlled document generation.
• Design robust redlining processes: Word-based or online collaboration, tracked changes, clause swaps, conditional fallback language, and counter-party negotiation portals.
• Implement granular security (object/field-level, sharing rules, shield encryption) and ensure audit trails for all contract edits, comments, and negotiation threads.

Qualification & skills:-

• Strong experience in Salesforce CLM, Experience Cloud, and related modules.
• Deep understanding of business process mapping and functional design in Salesforce.
• Proven experience working with Conga, Docusign, and Salesforce CLM integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and Lightning components.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and functional solutions.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant are advantageous.
