IT Customer Support Analyst - Contract - Orlando, FL - $22.00 - $24.00 /hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking an IT Customer Support Analyst in Orlando, FL.

Role Description

Responsible for Tier 1 and 2 software and hardware support.

Provides technical advice, guidance and informal
training to customers using hardware and software programs.

Troubleshoots and restores routine technical
service and equipment problems by analyzing, identifying and diagnosing faults and symptoms using
established processes and procedures.
Performs root cause analysis and develops checklists for typical problems.
Recommends procedures and controls for problem prevention.
Maintains knowledge database and call tracking database to enhance quality of problem resolutions.
Works in a team setting, sharing information
and assisting others with calls.

Skills & Requirements

4+ years of Technical Support experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 software and hardware support in complex, enterprise environments
Must possess very strong troubleshooting experience using established business processes and procedures
Must possess prior experience performing root cause analysis and developing checklists / documentation for common problems to prevent future occurrences
Must possess strong experience and proficiency w/ File Transfer Appliances
Must possess strong experience and proficiency w/ Excel, Outlook and Teams
Must possess great communication and be a team player to provide technical advice, guidance, and informal training to customers
Preferred Skills / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related discipline highly preferred
Prior experience w/ Avigilon highly preferred
