Title: NetSuite Chief of Staff
Job type : Full Time
Job location: DC, Austin, Houston (Hybrid or Ready To Relocate)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Management (50%)
Support the implementation of operational strategies and plans to support achievement of company's strategy and objectives.
Manage and optimize the company's operational processes (NetSuite delivery and NetSuite support services) and procedures focusing on continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of priorities.
Support the motivation of the Client ERP team and deliver the structure (staffing, recruiting, etc.) to ensure high performance and productivity.
Monitor and analyze business metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth and make data-driven decisions.
Report on the ERP practice performance, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.
Represent the company at external events and engage with stakeholders to drive business growth.
Market Facing (50%)
Oversee the execution of client engagements and projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables are produced on time and within budget.
Perform Solution Architect roles on NetSuite projects.
Participate and lead BD efforts around capture of new NetSuite customers.
Organize and manage pipeline activities to maximize throughput of opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to support business growth.
Confirm compliance with methodologies across active projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of proven success in delivery of NetSuite.
10+ years of experience in the consulting industry, with a focus on system integration. To include, at least 2 years experience managing an ERP implementation and managed
services consulting practice (manage staffing, leading BD efforts, QA deliverable oversight, etc.).
Proven track record of success in creating and refining operational processes for an ERP consulting firm (staffing, delivery workstreams, methodology, people development, etc.).
Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and achieving business goals.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Proven ability to identify and close sales related to system consulting projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to travel as needed.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
NetSuite Certifications-Certified Consultant required.
Experience with full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
3+ years of Big 4 or other consulting/audit experience preferred.
