Description: Measurement - Tests, measures, and optimizes product marketing activities to have the greatest impact on the organization. ?Sales Enablement - Drives sales enablement efforts through making recommendations and taking action with regard to internal and external collateral development, training, customer communication, and external messaging. ?Translates or explains what information means and how it can be used. ?Manages the timely flow of business intelligence information to users. ?Conduct large-scale data analyses and provide analysis to business stakeholders. ?Manage and maintain various databases to facilitate analytics and reporting in order to advise business stakeholders. ?Create, maintain, and publish customized data reports and visualizations to facilitate interpretation. ?Examine data for inconsistencies and correct systematic errors in data processes, tools, and products. ?Troubleshoot issues with data technologies and platforms for data warehousing, mining, analysis, and reporting. ?Contract Management and Administration ? Basic knowledge of contract administration policies, standards and processes. ?Effective Communications ? Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. ?Producing Results ? Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): Experience in Executive level presentations. Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google suite products (including Excel). Experience in Business analyst and intelligence. Strong professional written and oral communication skills. Ability to adapt and work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. The ability to balance more than one large bulk and/or project deadline at a time. The ability to work independently, but also partners well with others to achieve results. The ability to communicate with impact (i.e., communicate clearly and concisely with customers, both internal and external, to demonstrate the value).

DESIRED SKILLS: Project management experience. Fulfillment or phone support to fulfillment experience. Skill in customer-facing systems (i.e., ACSS, B360, ECPD, and VIP Tool) and provide efficient customer support on large accounts. Strong detail orientation, including the ability to thoroughly review prior to submission

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor?s degree or one or more years of work experience.
