Summary

Required Skills & Experience:

15+ years of overall experience with at least 5 plus years in Oracle Fusion Applications delivery.
Hands-on exposure to multiple modules such as Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA), HCM, CX, Manufacturing, OFSC, and OIC integrations.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, release cycles, and security frameworks.
Proven experience managing global delivery models (onsite-offshore) for managed services.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
ITIL / Oracle Cloud certification preferred.
