Our client is seeking a Digital Content Strategist in Burbank, CA

Role Description

The Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for managing the transition and creation of digital content between multiple platforms, with a primary focus on migrating content from SharePoint to ServiceNow. This role emphasizes content strategy, development, and optimization to ensure seamless, engaging, and accessible digital experiences for internal stakeholders.

Lead the migration of intranet content and team sites from SharePoint to ServiceNow, ensuring consistency, usability, and compliance with brand and accessibility standards.
Collaborate with Communications, Legal Operations, HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, define content strategies, and implement digital solutions.
In partnership with Legal, and Communications, design and maintain intuitive, user-centered layouts and navigation structures in ServiceNow's Employee Center or equivalent portals.
Develop and manage digital content, including landing pages, knowledge articles, and targeted communications.
Support change management and training efforts by creating documentation, guided tours, and communication plans for new digital features or transitions.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, accessibility (WCAG), and corporate governance standards.
In partnership with Business Analyst and PM, coordinate UAT with stakeholders

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, UX Design, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital content management, intranet administration, or digital communications.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint (required), ServiceNow a plus (specifically Employee Center or Knowledge Management modules).
Strong understanding of UX principles, content strategy, and digital accessibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with design systems or UI builders is a plus.
Experience with enterprise change management or organizational communications.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
