Job Description

This is a full time 100% REMOTE position in the United States. 3rd parties please do not apply.

TOGAF experience/certification is a MUST

    • Education requirement: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields preferred.
    • Experience: 10+ years of experience. Out of which 5+ years as technical architect.
    • Deep experience in working with cloud native technologies is a must. Prior experience working on K8S, OpenShift is an absolute plus.
    • Being able to model business requirements effectively. Must have demonstrated prior experience in defining DDD for microservices. For example, must be able to analyze requirements or existing applications and come up with Domains, Sub domains, aggregates, and bounded contexts.
    • Perform architecture governance tasks, must have hands on experience as single contributor to document and demonstrate architectural patterns by building Cloud Native applications preferably on the Node.js platform
    • Develop and maintain various architecture artifacts, including baseline & target architectures and architecture roadmaps within an architecture data repository like Lucid and Confluence
    • Research, analyze and communicate architecture tradeoffs required to achieve specific business objectives
    • Proven understanding of TOGAF is a must
    • Expertise in resilient application design and secure coding practices
    • Experience with logical and physical data modeling and relational database technologies as well as no sql databases.
    • Ability to supervise implementation activity to ensure architecture and design principles are upheld.
    • Ability to provide architectural thought leadership and expertise.
    • Provide guidance on the direction of technologies; able to speak to and defend positions to both technical and non-technical teams
