About the Role
USEReady is seeking a Migration Lead Consultant to drive modernization and advisory engagements across some of the world s most regulated and data-driven enterprises.
In this role, you will advise new application teams transitioning from non-strategic to strategic BI and data platforms helping clients define their modernization roadmap, create migration blueprints, and shape transformation opportunities into actionable proposals.
This is a consulting-led leadership position, ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of technology strategy, stakeholder management, and enterprise transformation.
What You ll Do
- Lead Migration Advisory assessments for enterprise BI and analytics environments (Qlik, Cognos, SSRS, Jasper, etc.).
- Recommend modernization paths to strategic platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Develop blueprints, architecture diagrams, and modernization roadmaps that align with enterprise standards.
- Engage directly with business and technology leaders across Banking, Financial Services, and Pharma domains.
- Shape advisory outputs into proposals and SoWs, collaborating with internal practice, sales, and delivery teams.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, tool rationalization studies, and proof-of-concept evaluations.
Qualifications :
- 10 14 years of experience in Data, BI, or Analytics consulting, with a strong focus on modernization or migration.
- Deep expertise across enterprise BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Cognos, SSRS, etc.) and cloud data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
- Proven ability to bridge business and technology, leading conversations from assessment to adoption.
- Prior experience working with Banking or Pharmaceutical clients within regulated environments (data compliance, access control, security, audit, etc.).
- Strong communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Migration Accelerators such as STORM, TabEzSync, or MigratorIQ.
- Certifications in Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, or Cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated success in shaping multi-year transformation programs.
