Senior Laboratory Systems (LIS) - Permanent - Coral Gables, FL/Remote - $100000.00 - $130000.00

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Senior Laboratory Systems (LIS) / Senior Business Systems Analyst (Blood Bank)-
in Coral Gables, FL/Remote.

Requirements & Skills

3-5 years of experience configuring, troubleshooting, and implementing laboratory or blood bank information systems in a hospital setting (specifically Haemonetics SafeTrace TX)
Must understanding of Blood Bank workflows, including product management, crossmatching, transfusion documentation, and regulatory compliance (prior Medical Technician background as a user is highly preferred)
Familiarity with HL7 Interfaces, data integration, and middleware solutions such as Data Innovations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree (maybe Associate's if has the right experience)
