Description Analyze and document the current Freshservice workspace configuration, including ticketing and workflow structures. Collaborate with Facilities and HR teams to design and implement dedicated helpdesk environments with tailored workflows. Review and refine the employee onboarding module to improve functionality and user experience. Reverse and restructure previous onboarding changes to align with current business needs.
