job summary: Position Summary: The Collaboration Operations Support Analyst is responsible for the Level support of Microsoft 365 Office suite of applications. This includes but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive for Business, Teams and SharePoint Online. This role acts as application analyst/technician and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the environment, critical client escalations and responsible for all production changes and infrastructure deployments.
