Remote | Helpdesk Specialist | Full-time We are actively recruiting a Helpdesk Specialist for our client in Knoxville, TN. This is a fully remote contract opportunity. This position is based out of the client's corporate office, and will supplement the service desk team. Ideally, you will possess substantial experience in managing phone queues and will have previously worked in a large corporate setting. Role : EPIC EMR Help Desk Location: Minneapolis, MN Remote Contract Job Description: Experience providing both Epic EMR Tier 1 and MyChart Tier 1 support Experience working in a help desk/call center environment providing inbound and outbound call support (preferably technical support in nature) Experience writing knowledge base articles and tip sheets Experience using ticketing systems (in this case ServiceNow experience is preferred)
