Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst leads the requirements management process for large projects, including new client implementations and strategic initiatives.
This role is responsible for devising and executing a requirements management plan, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring business and technology alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Lead requirements management efforts for large projects and new client implementations.
Develop and execute requirements management plans and take ownership of business analysis throughout project delivery.
Identify and engage stakeholders; initiate and facilitate discussions to ensure complete understanding of requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, operations, business representatives, IT, and clients to translate business needs into software requirements.
Produce detailed project requirements documentation, including written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, and wireframes.
Manage work to meet deadlines and project timelines.
Mentor team members and support continuous improvement of business analysis practices.
Support the organization s quality programs.
Travel as required.

Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor s degree required; major in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements strongly preferred.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of third-party administration and claims management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpretive skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated with initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree required; Computer Science or related field preferred.
