Provide subject matter expertise on the Ellucian SaaS product, specifically within the Higher Education suite.

Support the implementation team by identifying gaps, risks, and overlooked requirements during the CRM rollout.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure activities are aligned with higher education best practices.

Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders with a focus on higher education workflows.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and functional users to ensure accurate translation of needs.

Proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutions to improve implementation outcomes.

Assist in coordinating and validating implementation activities to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Must:

Ellucian Colleague Implementation SME.

Student and Finance Module Will be priority

OnPrem to Saas implementation experience.
