 Job Description:
Seeking a Data Analyst to support Anthem s enterprise data team in analyzing healthcare datasets, generating actionable insights, and assisting with reporting solutions.
 Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets

Perform statistical analysis and identify trends

Build data visualizations and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs

Create documentation and data dictionaries

Required Skills:

8+ years of data analysis experience
```

Strong SQL skills and query optimization experience

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Healthcare experience is a plus
```
