Pay Rate: $23/hour
Assignment Duration: 3 months with potential extension
Work Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-time, with possible overtime)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Repair Coordinator to join our fast-paced technical support team. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

Use and navigate internal platforms including Oracle, Excel, Salesforce, and Dialpad
Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
Answer and filter incoming calls professionally
Coordinate repair activities and maintain accurate records
Lift up to 35 lbs as needed
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
Maintain accountability and reliability in daily tasks
Demonstrate a positive attitude under pressure
Make decisions with minimal supervision over time

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
Typing speed of 30+ WPM
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
Customer service experience in a technical or service-oriented environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with time-sensitive tasks
Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
