Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Analyst with prior experience in healthcare data environments to join our team. The role involves providing data maintenance, validation, and analytical support across multiple systems while collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Support daily data operations, validation, and troubleshooting activities across multiple environments.
Manage and resolve data-related requests or incidents within defined SLAs.
Partner with internal teams to ensure data integrity and quality across various healthcare applications.
Assist in test data preparation and maintenance to support project and testing needs.
Perform data queries, reporting, and analysis to support business operations and audits.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in healthcare domain (payer, provider, or related areas).
Strong background in data analysis, support, or maintenance roles.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Understanding of data validation, data workflows, and quality processes.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
