Job Title: Founding Product Manager

Our client ensures patients receive life-changing therapies in a new way; they make treatment both efficient and affordable by simplifying previously complex processes relating to insurance and pharmacy supply chain.

They are looking for a founding product manager to lead the end-to-end patient and provider experience - driving product strategy, design, and growth across onboarding, engagement, and retention. You'll combine user insights, data, and cross-functional collaboration to shape a scalable, high-impact product that meets both individual and enterprise needs.

Responsibilities:

Work across onboarding, activation, retention, referral growth, and more
Drive product strategy and execution for both self-serve users and enterprise partners
Leverage data and analytics to address paint points, understand user behavior, and increase adoption; translate these insights into impactful product decisions
Lead research and design efforts with a strong focus on usability and a high standard for user experience
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine provider workflows

Requirements:

3-8 years of experience owning user-centric, workflow-heavy consumer or SMB products, ideally in the healthcare space
Long stints at reputable tech companies
Computer science degree
Python and SQL skills
Former founder a plus

Compensation: $160,000K - $180,000K. Flexibility with experience.
