Our client is seeking an Information Technology CCTV_AV Analyst in Hollywood, FL.
Job Responsibilities
The Seminole Tribe of Florida is seeking a CCTV/AV Analyst to support and maintain its enterprise-wide CCTV and security camera infrastructure. This role is highly hands-on and field-oriented, with approximately 80% of time spent visiting locations where CCTV systems are installed or will be installed. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with IP-based camera systems (AXIS, ExacqVision), cable installation, low-voltage wiring, and equipment troubleshooting. Day-to-day responsibilities will include inspecting and maintaining over 3,000 cameras, installing new systems, repairing faulty equipment, and working closely with vendors when specialized support is required.

A valid Florida driver's license and extensive background clearance are required. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled, field-ready CCTV professional to join the Seminole Tribe of Florida IT team with the long-term goal of becoming a permanent member of the organization.
Skills & Requirement
3+ years of hands-on experience with CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, VMS, and related infrastructure).
Strong knowledge and experience installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems (AXIS cameras, ExacqVision).
Skilled in cable installation/termination, running low-voltage wiring, mounting hardware, and configuring network equipment (switches, routers, servers).
Ability to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair faulty CCTV equipment in the field.
Must be comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, rooftops) and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Familiarity with access control systems, IDS, and AV systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose technical issues quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with Tribal departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
Flexibility for after-hours/weekend emergency support as needed.
Must possess a valid Florida driver's license and be able to travel to all Seminole Tribe of Florida Reservations.
Must successfully pass an extensive Tribal background check with intent to convert to permanent hire.
Support, maintain, and expand CCTV infrastructure across all Seminole Tribe of Florida properties - currently over 3,000 cameras Tribe-wide.
Perform installation and servicing of CCTV equipment: cameras, cabling, NVRs, servers, and supporting network infrastructure.
Conduct site visits (approximately 80% field work) to inspect existing equipment, document system conditions, and support installations.
Perform preventive maintenance including cleaning cameras in high-moisture environments (e.g., water treatment facilities).
Troubleshoot technical issues, repair faulty equipment, and coordinate with vendors when outside service is required.
Provide documentation of system layouts, testing results, and equipment status.
Train end users and other personnel on system usage as needed.
