DescriptionWe are seeking a
Desktop Support Analyst to join a dynamic IT Operations team that provides comprehensive support across multiple office locations. This role involves a mix of ticket resolution, walk-up support, and project-based work, supporting approximately 800 end users.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, maintaining systems, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver consistent, high-quality end-user support across Windows and macOS environments.
- Provide onsite, email, and chat-based support for hardware, software, and business applications.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes, documentation, and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance business operations through effective use of technology.
- Manage inventory and logistics for hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Support onboarding activities including account setup, device provisioning, and workspace preparation.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Administer and support cloud-based business applications.
- Create and maintain clear documentation using tools such as wikis or knowledge bases.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and services to improve IT operations.
- Ensure operating systems and applications are kept up to date.
- Provide audiovisual (AV) support for meetings and events.
Qualifications:- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Experience with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
- Knowledge of onboarding processes and user provisioning.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Kenosha, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
