Summary:
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Cary, NC. This is an onsite role requiring prior high call volume call centre experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a great opportunity for growth, with potential conversion to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary resource for inbound telephone calls, addressing non-clinical inquiries such as prescription status or billing questions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication delivery and payment, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries directly or routing calls appropriately for quick resolution.
Maintain accurate and concise progress notes to support workflow visibility for other team members.
Use internal systems to manage refill requests, update insurance information, provide shipment status, and issue invoices upon request.
Address patient concerns and escalate clinical inquiries to the pharmacist or nurse team as necessary.
Identify and report adverse events (AEs) or product complaints (PCs) to ensure patient safety.
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a high call volume call center environment (healthcare or pharmacy experience preferred).
Ability to type 35+ WPM with accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Ability to multitask speaking with customers while entering data.
Must have reliable transportation to be onsite 5 days a week.
