Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Business Development Intern to join our remote team. This role is ideal for Entry Level Candidates who want to gain real-world experience in client engagement, lead generation, and business growth strategy. You ll work closely with the sales and recruitment team to help identify new opportunities, manage outreach campaigns, and build lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities.
Support the business development team in outreach through email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
Help create and present proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and virtual networking events.
Conduct basic market research to understand trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Recent graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about sales and client relationship management.
