Must Have:

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
2+ years of experience in a Senior Salesforce Administrator Role, or 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud: data harmonization, ingestion, and activation for audience segmentation and campaign targeting
Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Builder, and advanced segmentation
Strong data analytical skills with experience in reporting, segmentation, and insights leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Analytics
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform customization, Marketing Cloud workflows, and Data Cloud integration capabilities
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to support users effectively in leveraging Marketing Cloud Journeys and Data Cloud insights
Ability to stay current with Salesforce updates, specifically enhancements to Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud functionality, and provide strategic recommendations
Strong project management skills with experience in system implementation projects, particularly for Marketing Cloud campaign management and Data Cloud adoption
Superior communication skills with business stakeholders and execs, translating Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud capabilities into actionable business strategies
Solid governance and technical documentation history, including Marketing Cloud architecture documentation
Experience in implementing and migrating into new Salesforce deployments, including Marketing Cloud setup and Data Cloud configurations.
