job summary:
The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives across the organization. Working closely with the Director of Technology, this role ensures that new and existing IT projects are delivered on time and aligned with company objectives. The IT Project Manager will assist with implementations of new software systems, upgrades, and integrations that support the organization's operations. Additionally, this position will assist in enforcing the maintenance of existing systems and protocol.

responsibilities:
- Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from concept through completion,.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Lead system implementation projects
- Lead hardware refresh/upgrade projects
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for new systems and processes.
- Support data migration, testing, and validation efforts during technology rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with company data security and IT policies.
qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in IT project management, systems implementation, or related technical roles.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a corporate or multi-site environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with enterprise software systems.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
