Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Configure and maintain various Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Financials).
Support Workday implementation and enhancement projects, including system upgrades and new module deployments.
Perform data loads, validations, and testing during implementations or system updates.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Prism (if applicable).
Troubleshoot system issues, manage integrations with third-party systems, and coordinate with Workday Support as needed.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Stay updated on Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices to recommend process improvements.
