Job Title: Workday Technical Consultant (Reporting & Data)
Location: Fremont, CA(Onsite)
Job Description:
 Focuses on advanced reporting and analytics in Workday.
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Mentoring & Leadership:
- Led a reporting center of excellence initiative that standardized report templates.
- Mentored analysts on calculated fields and composite reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partnered with HR and Finance for reporting requirements.
- Worked with IT and BI teams for data visualization.
Mentoring Impact Metrics:
- Standardized 80% of recurring reports across HR and Finance.
- Reduced report development time by 30%.
Collaboration Tools Used:
- Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Power BI, Teams, Excel, Jira
