We are looking for a IT Project Coordinator to add to our team.

Job Overview:

We have an immediate need for a Project Coordinator supporting a Workday Financials Implementation for our publicly traded client in Tampa, FL. This is engagement is mostly remote with some light travel to Florida.

-Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications (coordinating travel, meals, room set-up and other meeting logistics as needed.

-Support management of Project RAIDQ items in Jira. Tracking due dates and conducting follow-ups

-Assist in managing project budgets, resource allocations, and vendor coordination

-Assist in alignment between functional teams (Finance, IT, HR, etc.) and Workday consultants.

-Support testing activities including UAT coordination, defect tracking, and reporting

-Support training and change management efforts

-Maintain project SharePoint/Teams, Confluence, and Jira for documentation and communication
