Summary

Responsibilities

Serve as techno-functional AMS lead for HCM modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Country Extensions.
Lead configuration reviews and validations to ensure alignment with global and local HR policies.
Analyze change requests and assess business impact; provide configuration and testing guidance.
Drive system stabilization by resolving recurring issues in business processes or integrations.
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to prioritize AMS enhancements and manage release readiness.
Support new country enablement and statutory configuration updates.
Validate new features in Workday releases and recommend adoption based on value and readiness.
Partner with Technical Architect on integration dependencies for recruiting, payroll, and downstream systems.
Maintain HCM configuration inventory and process documentation.
Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) for AMS releases.
Review KPIs on incident volume, SLA adherence, and backlog closure.
Conduct periodic functional health assessments of critical business processes.
