Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements management for major projects, including new client implementations and strategic initiatives.
Develop and execute requirements management plans, ensuring all stakeholder needs are captured and met.
Identify and engage stakeholders across business, operations, IT, and client teams; facilitate meetings and discussions to define project scope and requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed documentation such as process flows, wireframes, use cases, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and delivery of requirements.
Manage timelines effectively and ensure deliverables meet quality and project deadlines.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior business analysts.
Support organizational quality programs and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Travel as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree required; major in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 6 years of business analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong background in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements highly preferred.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
