Responsibilities:
 Design, build, and configure customer journeys and real-time campaigns within Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
 Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for data ingestion, segmentation, and activation.
 Develop and manage event-driven, personalized, and cross-channel customer journeys (email, SMS, push, in-app).
 Configure Journey Orchestration rules, decision management, and audience targeting logic.
 Collaborate with data engineers to ensure Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP) and XDM schema integrity.
 Manage and troubleshoot API-based integrations, event triggers, and offer decisioning workflows.
 Optimize campaigns using analytics and insights from Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and AEP datasets.
 Ensure data governance, consent management, and compliance with organizational policies.
 Partner with marketing, business, and technical teams to deliver scalable omnichannel experiences.
 Troubleshoot journey execution, data flow, and delivery issues across AJO and connected systems.
 
 
Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer Qualifications:
 4 6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
 Strong understanding of journey orchestration, segmentation, personalization, and event-based triggers.
 Experience integrating AJO with email, SMS, and push delivery systems.
 Hands-on experience with XDM schemas, RTCP, and AEP data flows.
 Proficiency in API integrations (REST, JSON, and Webhooks).
 Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Real-Time CDP.
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
 Strong communication and collaboration abilities across marketing and technical teams.
