Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise and scalable solutions for strategic, multi-brand projects.
Build, test & implement complex configuration or coding to support projects & campaigns.
Advise technical best practice for marketing campaigns.
Expand the capabilities of marketing cloud by testing and implementing new functionality as it is released.
Work with the wider CRM & Data team to understand the CRM database and ensure that data is linked to marketing cloud appropriately.
Promote designs, standards & processes to support efficient & repeatable marketing operations.
Review Marketing Cloud reporting to ensure we stay within our contracted limits
Understand global marketing consent rules across multiple regions and assist compliance.
Curiosity and energy - ability to understand the customer's true pain points and apply our solutions creatively to establish a differentiated architecture and solution.
Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied global environments.
Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding team environment, understand and be responsive to customer needs, work under tight deadlines, work independently, and a willingness to take ownership of problems Competencies.
Required Skills:
5+ years experience in Marketing Cloud, 3X Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer, Admin and Consultant.
Proven technical capability using Salesforce Marketing Cloud product suite and platform.
Deep functional understanding of online marketing operations and processes.
Develop end-to-end marketing automation solution leveraging contact builder, email studio, automation studio, journey builder.
Build/configure integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM/other application using MC Connector/Middleware/SOAP/REST based solution.
Good knowledge on Front End skills such as HTML/CSS.
Good knowledge on SQL, SSJS, Amp script.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and possess good writing and communication skills.
Ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of responsibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, excellent mentor and coach.
